Meet the tomato farmers, including zio Carlo, zio Vincenzo, zio Edoardo, and zio Gaetano. Learn the full circle of the San Marzano Tomato from the seed to your table. Franco Pepe and Enzo Coccia will make their celebrity pizze. Pasquale Torrente will serve Pasta Faella with San Marzano Tomatoes. Neapolitan street food will be served by local vendors: zeppole, panzarotti, and pizza fritta. All with San Marzano Tomatoes.
