Marco Colzani’s amazing spreads are charming the USA! So much so that they were just featured in the Wall Street Journal! These Pistachio and Chocolate Hazelnut spreads are really getting popular; they’re spreadin’ like a wildfire (ah-hem!).
Kelly Guerotto, the article’s author, called our Pistachio Spread “a vibrant green spread that captures the essence of salted Sicilian pistachios in a jar, made with the same meticulous attention to ingredient sourcing.” It’s true. Marco Colzani tediously peels off the purple exterior of the pistachios to avoid bitterness in the spread, which also accounts for its verdant green color. About his Chocolate Hazelnut spread, Kelly says that Marco Colzani has “the audacity of trying to improve on Nutella;” which he does flawlessly!
Remember, these spreads, as Kelly points out, each have only four ingredients all of which are of the highest quality.
