Here are the right proportions for Pasta al Pomodoro for two. You just need 5 ingredients and 10 minutes.
1/2 bag of Gemelli Faella (250 g), or another shape of choice
1 small can of tomatoes (400 g), any of San Marzano or 100% Italian tomatoes
2 spoonfuls extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
Coarse sea salt (to taste)
1. Boil pasta in salted water and cook al dente
2. Peel garlic clove
3. In a pan, put oil and brown garlic, medium flame
4. Remove garlic from pan when golden, then add tomatoes, a pinch of salt
5. Cook for 10 minutes
6. Drain pasta and add sauce
