Facebook Live is so much fun. This week we got to watch New York Times Food hang out with David Lebovitz and Melissa Clark at one of our favorite places in Brooklyn: Bedford Cheese Shop with Charlotte Kamin!
What were they talking about? How to make the perfect cheese plate. This chat couldn’t have come up at a better time. We just got in a fresh shipment of Saba, our newest addition to the Gustiamo collection. Needless to say, we have been talking about Saba pairings non-stop!
So, our Sara asked David on Facebook which cheese he suggests with grape Saba.
His response: “I think salty cheese, like Pecorino, goes really well with it.”
