The Pinna family is dedicated to their land and truth in extra virgin olive oil production. They make their oil with just one type of olive, Bosana, a local olive that thrives in Sardegna’s Mediterranean climate.
The Pinna Family’s 2013/14 harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil has just arrived. The oil is a beautiful gold color. Elegant and complex fruity notes to the nose, with hints of Mediterranean flowers. On the palate, this oil feels soft, with perfect bitter and spicy finishes.
