Colomba March 2009What does the Colomba (dove) do? It flies from Milano to the Bronx! Angelo Marchesi’s Colomba has literally just landed in our warehouse in the Bronx.

Don’t you agree the packaging looks just regal? The inside looks [and tastes] even better! It is a bread shaped like a dove and made with mother yeast, flour, water, fresh butter, fresh eggs and candied Sicilian oranges.
